4. Noxious fumes are released into the temple area. (Rotten egg or any other sacrament can be used but it should be sufficiently horrible) Noxious fumes are inhaled.
5. The name of Yog-Sothoth is repeated during the second invocation, while celebrants make appropriate noises and gestures of revulsion.
6. MT reads secondary invocation:
